Tea Time!

My husband is sniffling away, which means he's bound to make me sick with whatever cold he's getting. We all know I love Coffee based on this post, and it's a daily drink I can not live without, but my love for Tea comes in a close second.

When I get sick or my husband is coming down with something, I know it's time to whip out my stock of lovely tea's from the cupboard. I use to buy the cheap tea bags thinking nothing of it, until I discovered loose leaf tea's about 4 years ago through a coworker who's an avid tea drinker, and a tea bag snob. She spoke so highly of loose leaf and the quality and taste. So, I tried some and loved it, and now when I buy tea I buy it loose.

I love the fresh smell and the quality of the taste. There are so many types to pick from too. My faves at the moment are Jasmine and Oolong teas, which I love to buy from the Tea Emporium. Are these not the best photo's to celebrate tea in all its glory?

Do you like tea and what kind? What do you love about it? Loose leaf or just the regular tea bag?

On a different note, you may have noticed on my side bar I have this badge. Check out fellow Canadian Madeleine's great GIVEAWAY! She makes the most amazing jewelry, which I'm dying to get my hands on now that I've found her shop - It Must be Nice to Be a Bird.

Happy Sunday!!

  2. I'm a tea drinker all the way. I like loose teas with a touch of honey. Mmmmmm...

Hope you don't catch that cold.

  3. I love tea!
    (I don't drink coffee.)
I love many kinds, but I think green tea is my favorite. I buy boxes with bags, but also loose leaf. I have a wonderful Bodum French press that I use for loose leaf tea.

I hope you and your husband are better by now!

  4. I don’t drink tea before, I’m mostly into coffee. But when I found out the huge health benefits I can get from drinking tea, I switched right away. Now, I have different types of tea stored in our pantry. I can say, I’m pretty obsessed to tea. In fact, it becomes my main beverage aside from water. Anyway, my favorite tea is Oolong tea. #Kevin Walls
